    As a de-Modded and topic-banned Moderator, I can assure you that they *don’t* always circle the wagons.
    What truly governs the site is the “peace before fairness” doctrine. If you express ideas that run counter to the majority, and do so as forcefully as a member of said majority, you’re “trolling,” and you’re gone.

    Dead on. RPG.NET is just getting worse and worse. The modclique (and the admin behind them) have just sucked the spirit of the place and left a giant ball of emptiness and pageviews. I wish that it would just revert over to tangency altogether at this point and cut the gaming part loose so they won’t pollute the rest of the online gaming world.
